Questions people ask
Is it really handwritten?
No, and we never say it is. Each letter is set in one of 60 handwriting fonts you choose, on letter paper inside an envelope that tears open on screen. It reads like a handwritten note and arrives in seconds.
Can I schedule every client's birthday at once?
Yes. Upload one spreadsheet with names, emails, birthdays and a personal line each, and every letter goes out on the day, at 6 am in their time zone.
Do they need an app or an account?
No. The letter arrives as a link by email and opens in any phone or computer browser. You can see when each one is opened.
Can I hand it over in person?
Yes. Any letter can be printed as a QR code or written to an NFC tag instead of being emailed. They scan it and the letter opens on their phone.
Can stylists add their own voice note?
Yes. Any letter can carry a voice note of up to 60 seconds, a photo and music. On the Business plan letters carry your salon name and no GreetSpark branding.
