Real estate thank-you cards your clients actually open

A handwritten-style letter that tears open on their phone after closing, with a photo of their new home and a voice note from you. A year later, their first home anniversary letter arrives on the day. Set it up once from your client list.

No app for your clients. No card details to start.

The closing is the best day you will ever have with a client. Then you disappear into their inbox.

Past clients are where referrals and repeat sales come from, and most of them cannot remember their agent's name two years later. A newsletter does not change that. A letter with their names, their new front door and your voice in it does, and it lands again on the anniversary of the day they got the keys.

Thank-you note to buyers after closing

Congratulations on your new home! Thank you for trusting me with one of the biggest decisions you will ever make. I hope the first night in the house feels like the start of something good. If you ever need a plumber, a painter or the best pizza nearby, just call. I know the neighborhood, and I am always glad to help.

Welcome note for their first week in the new home

Welcome home! By now the boxes are half unpacked and you have probably found out which switch turns on which light. I hope the first week has felt like home already. If anything comes up, from a leaky tap to the best coffee nearby, just send me a message. I am only a call away.

Thank-you note to sellers

Thank you for letting me help you sell a home that clearly meant so much to you. It was a privilege to show it, and I know the new family will make wonderful memories there. Wishing you every happiness in your next chapter, and please keep my number for anything you need.

First home anniversary letter

Happy home anniversary! A year ago today you got the keys. I hope the house has been everything you wanted, and that the first year has been full of good dinners and good neighbors. If you are thinking about a project, a refinance or a move, I am always here to help.

Thank-you for a referral

Thank you for recommending me to your friends. A referral is the biggest compliment you can give an agent, and I do not take it lightly. I will take great care of them. It means a lot that you thought of me.

Holiday note to past clients

Happy holidays from my family to yours. Thank you for being part of my year, whether we found your home together this spring or years ago. I hope this season brings you rest, warmth and time with the people you love.

Questions people ask

Is it really handwritten?

No, and we never say it is. Each letter is set in one of 60 handwriting fonts you choose, on letter paper inside an envelope that tears open on screen. It reads like a handwritten note and arrives in seconds, for a fraction of the cost of a printed card and a stamp.

Can I give it to clients at the closing table?

Yes. Every letter can be handed over as a QR code or an NFC tag instead of an email. Print the QR code on a card for the closing folder, and the letter opens on their phone when they scan it.

How does the home anniversary letter work?

You write it once and schedule it up to a year ahead. It is delivered at 6 am in the client's time zone on the date you pick. Each anniversary letter is scheduled once, so you decide every year what you want to say.

Do my clients need an app or an account?

No. The letter arrives as a link by email and opens in any phone or computer browser. You can see when each client opens theirs.

Can I add my own photo and voice?

Yes. Add a photo, for example the clients outside their new home, a voice note of up to 60 seconds, and music. On the Business plan the letters carry your name and no GreetSpark branding.

What does it cost?

You can try three letters a month for free. The Business plan is $39 a month for 500 letters, sent from your own email address, with your client list uploaded as a spreadsheet. Brokerages that want letters on their own web address use Private Deploy.
