We make the letter people actually open.
Everybody has sent the “happy birthday!!” text at 11pm and felt it land like nothing. A paper card says more, but it costs a trip to the mailbox and three days in the mail.
GreetSpark sits in that gap: a real letter, in your handwriting, that arrives in seconds, tears open on their phone, and tells you when it was read.
Why it works
Six decisions behind every letter, and what each one does for the person who gets it.
They open it themselves
The envelope tears open under their thumb. That small act turns a link into something they were given, not something they scrolled past.
It sounds like you
Your handwriting, your photo and a voice note up to a minute long. Hearing someone say it is the whole point.
You know it landed
Not just "delivered": opened, when, and how many times they came back to it. A paper card can never tell you that.
It opens on any phone
A link, not an app or an attachment. Send it by email or text, print it as a QR code, or put it on an NFC tag.
One letter or five hundred
Upload a spreadsheet and every customer, guest or employee gets their own letter, by name, on the right day.
Your name, not ours
Paid letters carry no GreetSpark mark. Businesses can even run it on their own web address.
Who it’s for
What we won’t do
- Sell your email addressNot to anyone, ever, including in an acquisition. The people you write to are never added to any list.
- Track you across the webOur own analytics store no IP address and set no cookie. The visitor count uses a hash that changes at midnight and cannot be joined across days.
- Use your photos for anything elseNot for marketing and not for training a model. They are stored to be shown inside your letter and nothing more.
- Make canceling hardOne button in your account. No retention questions, no phone call, and no email asking why.
Talk to a person
Questions, refunds, or anything that has gone wrong: hello@greetspark.co. A person reads every email, usually the same day. It is not a chatbot.
Registered company details are on the terms page.
Someone you know has something happening.
It takes about ninety seconds, and you see exactly what they will get before you pay a cent.
