When the parcel lands, a letter from you tears open on their phone, by email or from a QR code tucked in the box. Their name, the thing they bought, a photo and a voice note from the founder.
No app for your customers. No card details to start.
What your customers see
Real screens from the product, not mock-ups.
It arrives as an envelope with your name on it, and tears open on their phone.
Inside, a letter in the handwriting you picked, written to them by name.
A photo of the product they bought, right in the letter.
A voice note from you plays from the letter. No app, no account.
Your best moment with a customer gets a shipping notification.
They are holding something they chose from you. Today that moment gets an automated "your order shipped", then a review request, then a discount code. A short letter from you, with their name and what they bought, is what they remember and tell a friend about.

How it works
1
Upload your list
Names, emails, dates and one personal line each, straight from your store export or a spreadsheet.
2
Write it once, make it theirs
Pick the handwriting, envelope and music. Each person's name and line go in on their own.
3
It goes out on the right day
Thank-yous when the parcel lands, birthdays a year ahead, all at 6 am in each person's time zone.
Your customer list in, one personal letter per row out, each on its own date.
Or print each letter as a QR code to hand over in person.
Pick the animation that plays as it opens.
And the envelope they see first.

Thank-you note for a first order
Thank you for your order! We packed it by hand in our studio this week, and we hope it arrived looking as good as it felt to send. If anything is not quite right, just reply to this letter and a real person will help.
Hello and thank you! You are holding something we made with a lot of care. We hope you love it. Share a photo with us if you do, and tell us if there is anything we could make better.
Your third order! Thank you for coming back. Customers like you are why we keep doing this. We slipped a little extra in the box to say thanks, and we hope it makes you smile.
Thank you for taking the time to review your order. We read every word, and yours made the whole team smile. It genuinely helps a small brand like ours.
Happy holidays! Thank you for choosing us this year. Every order you placed kept a small studio busy and happy. We wish you a restful season and a wonderful new year.
No, and we never say it is. Each letter is set in one of 60 handwriting fonts you choose, on letter paper inside an envelope that tears open on screen. It reads like a handwritten note and arrives in seconds.
Can it go out automatically with every order?
On Business you upload orders as a spreadsheet and each letter goes out on its own date. Private Deploy connects to Shopify Flow, Klaviyo, Zapier or a webhook, so a letter goes out when an order ships, on your own address.
Can I put it in the box?
Yes. Print each customer's letter as a QR code for the packing slip. It opens on their phone as they unbox.
Do they need an app or an account?
No. The letter arrives as a link by email and opens in any phone or computer browser. You can see when each one is opened.
Can I add a product photo and a voice note?
Yes. Add a photo, a voice note of up to 60 seconds and music. On the Business plan letters carry your brand name and no GreetSpark branding.
What does it cost?
You can try three letters a month for free. Business is $39 a month for 500 letters, with 500 more for $50 when a month needs it. Brands that want it on their own platform use Private Deploy.
