The birthday nobody noticed. The anniversary that got a "+1" in the group chat.

People remember how they were treated on the days that were about them. A forgotten birthday stings, and a reply-all of "hbd!" is barely better. A letter from the company, with their name and a few real words from their manager, takes five minutes to set up for the whole year.

Questions people ask

Can I schedule a whole year of birthdays at once?

Yes. Upload one spreadsheet with names, emails, dates and a personal line each. Every letter goes out on its own date, up to a year ahead, at 6 am in each person's time zone.

Can the letters show our company name?

Yes. On the Business plan letters are sent from your company email address and carry your company name, with no GreetSpark branding. Private Deploy adds your own web address, logo and colors.

Does it work for remote teams?

That is where it helps most. The letter arrives on their phone wherever they are, in their own time zone, with a voice note from their manager.

Is it really handwritten?

No, and we never say it is. Each letter is set in one of 60 handwriting fonts you choose, on letter paper inside an envelope that tears open on screen. It reads like a handwritten note and arrives in seconds.

Can managers add their own voice note?

Yes. Any letter can carry a voice note of up to 60 seconds, a photo and music.

What does it cost?

You can try three letters a month for free. Business is $39 a month for 500 letters, for you and 2 colleagues on one account. Larger companies that want it on their own platform use Private Deploy.
