Questions people ask
Is it really handwritten?
No, and we never say it is. Each letter is set in one of 60 handwriting fonts you choose, on letter paper inside an envelope that tears open on screen. It reads like a handwritten note and arrives in seconds.
Can the letter open from the ring box?
Yes. Print the letter as a QR card or write it to an NFC tag for the box. It opens on their phone the moment they scan it.
How does the anniversary letter work?
You write it at the time of purchase and schedule it up to a year ahead. It is delivered at 6 am in their time zone on the date you pick.
Do they need an app or an account?
No. The letter arrives as a link by email and opens in any phone or computer browser. You can see when each one is opened.
Can I add a photo of the piece and a voice note?
Yes. Add a photo, a voice note of up to 60 seconds and music. On the Business plan letters carry your brand name and no GreetSpark branding.
