A lovely visit, then the shop only ever sends SALE SALE SALE.

Independent shops win on the personal touch, and then the follow-up is the same discount blast a chain would send. A letter that remembers the dress for the wedding or the gift for her mother is the reason a visitor becomes a regular.

Questions people ask

Is it really handwritten?

No, and we never say it is. Each letter is set in one of 60 handwriting fonts you choose, on letter paper inside an envelope that tears open on screen. It reads like a handwritten note and arrives in seconds.

Can I hand it over in person?

Yes. Any letter can be printed as a QR code or written to an NFC tag instead of being emailed. They scan it and the letter opens on their phone.

Do they need an app or an account?

No. The letter arrives as a link by email and opens in any phone or computer browser. You can see when each one is opened.

We do not have customer emails for everyone. Does it still work?

Yes. A letter can be handed over as a QR card in the bag, so it only needs their name. For customers who have given you their email, letters go out by email on the date you choose.

Can I add a photo of the shop and my voice?

Yes. Add a photo, a voice note of up to 60 seconds and music. On the Business plan letters carry your shop name and no GreetSpark branding.

What does it cost?

You can try three letters a month for free. Business is $39 a month for 500 letters, sent from your own email address.
