The guest thank-you letter that brings them back

The morning after checkout, a letter tears open on their phone with their name, a photo from your property and a voice note from the front desk. It reads like a note left on the pillow, and it lands while the trip is still fresh.

The last thing most guests hear from a hotel is a survey link.

They loved the room, the breakfast and the view. Then the follow-up is a 1-to-10 rating form that most people delete unread. A short letter from your team, addressed to them, is the part of the stay they tell friends about, and the reason they book direct next time.

Where a letter fits

The morning after checkoutA thank-you from the team while the trip is still fresh, with a photo of the view they had.

How it works

1

Upload your list

Names, emails, dates and one personal line each, straight from your property system export or a spreadsheet.

2

Write it once, make it theirs

3

It goes out on the right day

Thank-yous the morning after checkout, anniversaries a year ahead, all at 6 am in each person's time zone.

Questions people ask

Is it really handwritten?

No, and we never say it is. Each letter is set in one of 60 handwriting fonts you choose, on letter paper inside an envelope that tears open on screen. It reads like a handwritten note and arrives in seconds.

Can it go out automatically after checkout?

You can schedule each letter from a spreadsheet, for example the morning after each guest leaves. Groups that want it triggered by their property system on their own address use Private Deploy, which connects through Zapier or a webhook.

Can we hand guests a letter at check-in?

Yes. Print the welcome letter as a QR card for the key folder, and it opens on their phone when they scan it.

Do they need an app or an account?

No. The letter arrives as a link by email and opens in any phone or computer browser. You can see when each one is opened.

Can we add a photo of our property and a voice note?

Yes. Add a photo, a voice note of up to 60 seconds and music. On the Business plan letters carry your hotel name and no GreetSpark branding.

What does it cost?

You can try three letters a month for free. Business is $39 a month for 500 letters, sent from your own email address. Hotel groups with their own web address use Private Deploy, which starts with a 30-day pilot.
